Kate Clay, Head of Commissioning for Health and Justice NHS England

Kate Clay is the NHS England Head of Commissioning for Health and Justice in the North West and has strategic responsibility for patient safety and quality of services across the North Region. She has worked in Health and Justice as a clinician, leader and commissioner for over 20 years, and was most recently the Programme Director for prison health at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board with responsibility for the development of health and wellbeing services at HMP Berwyn.
