Then tackle Confidence & Mindset Mastery to demolish imposter syndrome, converting self-doubt into the unshakeable self-advocacy that separates you from everyone else. Influence & Communication amplifies your voice. Master the art of difficult conversations, build authority that feels authentically you, and negotiate like the powerhouse you are. Strategic Career Navigation (aka Pivoting) turns you into the architect of your own destiny, supporting you to create opportunities rather than wait for them and obliterate the invisible barriers holding you back. Relationship Capital & Networking transforms networking from tedious necessity into strategic advantage. You will learn to distinguish between mentors and sponsors, navigate ‘office politics’ with finesse, and build the relationships that open executive doors. We will finalise with Wellness & Sustainable Leadership ensuring you do not just reach the top, but you thrive there, exploring integration of wellbeing into your leadership DNA whilst maintaining the high performance that got you here.

The day concludes with a 15-minute reflective practice where we you create personalised mantras that anchor your leadership intentions, followed by a 30-minute restorative yoga session to integrate insights and develop the sustainable self-care practices that separate lasting leaders from burnouts. (This will be beginner level and optional-please stay with us)
