Following the completion of the taught modules, participants will continue to receive support through regular tutorials and coaching supervision sessions, helping them further develop their skills and consolidate their learning.

Qualification:
Participants gain the ILM Level 7 Certificate after completing practical assessments, including coaching practice hours and assignments.
Assessment:
After attending the training course, participants will need to submit three written assignments (Assignment, Portfolio and Written Journal) of between 3500 and 4500 words each. The assignments will then be graded by the ILM and successful candidates will be awarded the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring Skills.

Module Info
Module 1: The first 3 days of the programme are designed to lay the foundations of effective and ethical coaching and mentoring practice.
Between modules delegates will be required to undertake at least one coaching or mentoring session in their organisational setting.
Module 2: Builds on the foundational skills developed in Module 1 extending the learners toolkit in addition to exploring the complexity of coaching and mentoring in organisational settings and at senior levels.
Once the taught element of the programme concludes learner support continues through regular tutorials and coaching supervision sessions until such a time as the qualification standard is met and gains accreditation.
