Gardiner & Theobald is an independent construction and property consultancy – specialising in Cost Management and Project Management – with considerable experience of delivering health estates for the NHS.

Our involvement often begins at strategic outline case stage and continues through all business case approval stages, including option appraisals through to the completed facility. As such, we are fully aware of and able to support the NHS business case process.
