INTEROpen x Convenzis: Collaborating to drive enhanced interoperability across the NHS

INTEROPen is an open collaboration of individuals, industry, standards organisations, and health and care providers who have agreed to work together to accelerate the development, implementation, and adoption of open standards for interoperability in the UK health and social care ecosystem. All of its members contribute their time pro bono as the organisation continues its mission.

David is the techUK representative on the INTEROPen Board and has served since 2018. He has been a Director of the board since 2020. David has worked in Healthcare IT for over 20 years, gaining experience from around the world and specialising in digital transformation, including EPRs, Shared Care Records, Healthcare Technology, and AI. He sits on Boards that govern the development of interoperability standards in the UK. Additionally, he is a member of the NHS England Technology Think Tank. He is dedicated to improving healthcare for all, believing it is a right, not a privilege.
