Role: Programme Administrative Assistant

Salary : £ 18,000.00 Per Annum

Our small Programmes Team are responsible for ensuring the content, finding speakers and presenters for our Events. Due to the increase in the number of events we are now able to extend our Team to aid the continued growth for Convenzis and I’s events. We are therefore recruiting for a Programme Administrative Assistant to support our Team. The role is an entry level position with a view to progression and development into a focused Program Developer role.

This is an incredibly varied role which will allow you to work across all elements of our Programme Team. So, if you’re looking for a position to get you into the events business, get your teeth stuck into and learn and development new skills, then look no further… this role is for you!

The successful candidate will.....

  • Strong Administrative skills – emails, basic spreadsheet etc…
  • Super organised
  • Excellent communication skills written, verbal and listening.  Experience of working virtually using Microsoft Teams would be advantageous
  • Great IT Skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.  Experience of Google Forms would be useful
  • Be able to effectively source information from various information platforms
  • Willingness to learn and bring new ideas into the business.
  • Work well and support within a close-knit team and the wider company team
  • Can work to deadlines / Be Flexible
  • Unwavering attention to detail / high level of accuracy
  • Keep up to date with the latest news and marketing trends within the sector and use the information to provide content for our events

The role.....

  • Supporting the programme team in organising various projects
  • Inputting of data from emails and other sources
  • Research and source event speakers and presenters
  • Scheduling meetings and diary management
  • Source and identify marketing trends and key opportunities to help grow the business
  • Liaising with all sales marketing and operations teams to keep them informed and to aid the success of events
  • Keep up to date with the latest news and marketing trends within the sector and use the information to contribute content for our events
