I currently work as Deputy Directorate Manager in the Emergency Department at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust. My role involves supporting operational delivery, service improvement, and transformation across urgent and emergency care. I’ve been involved in the development and implementation of our new digital front door model, working closely with clinical and digital teams to improve patient flow and experience. I’m passionate about collaborative working and making meaningful changes that benefit both patients and staff.
