Louise has been a Consultant Ophthalmologist in Cambridge and Associate Lecturer at the University of Cambridge since 2001. Frustrated by the large backlogs within Ophthalmology, made worse by the Covid crisis, she has developed innovative digital technology to improve infant and child eye/vision screening and remote consultation. She is a member of the Royal College of Ophthalmology Paediatric and Academic sub-committee.
