Umang has a deep understanding of the nuances between AI and healthcare, having worked on the frontline of digital health innovations. With hands-on experience spanning both the commercial and public sectors of healthcare, he's keenly aware of the potential that AI offers in enhancing patient care and streamlining processes. An NHS Leadership Academy Fellow and active clinician at Frimley Health, Umang has also contributed to Babylon Health's pioneering efforts in AI health services. Today, as the Chief Clinical Information Officer for Microsoft UK, he combines his clinical insights with technological ability to ensure that AI tools are both advanced and applicable in real-world healthcare settings.
