Jane has over 26 years’ leadership and consulting experience across the social care sector. Her expertise covers learning and leadership development, agile project management, partnership working and transformation.
Jane set up and managed her own limited company for 10 years, successfully delivering training and skills contracts.
Until 2020 Jane held a national role with Skills for Care, leading programmes on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care. She is now General Manager for Social Care at the Institute of Health and Social Care Management She also set up and facilitates a large online network of leaders and managers in social care and is a Trustee for the Abbeyfield Society.
