Lisa Blatchford

Lisa has worked in the education sector for 15 years, most of which has been with the Viking Academy Trust.  Lisa is a former Chief Operations Officer now HR Director, co-Founder of ‘School Business Leaders’ – a free support website for Business Leaders, a certified business coach and qualified stress consultant. 

Lisa is a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development, International Coaching Federation, European Mentoring and Coaching Council and International Society for Coaching Psychology.

Lisa is hugely committed and passionate about education and supporting the development of the very special young people and incredible employees she has the privilege to serve.  Lisa wholeheartedly believes in compassionate leadership and staff wellbeing, using coaching skills to develop employees to become the very best version of themselves which also includes mental health and wellbeing support.

The education sector has been hit hard during COVID and it is Lisa’s opinion that Multi-Academy Trusts and education establishments should unite and stand together to support one another as we navigate the next few turbulent years ahead.  The beneficiaries of our ‘together is better’ stance will be our very precious next generation.
