Marc Lyall

I have worked in health care workforce transformation and development for over 20 years.  This experience includes working in Human Resources in a large acute trust, leading the delivery of a wide array of programmes of work whilst working for Skills for Health which included competency, educational standards development and workforce planning in a wide variety of Providers and Systems and most recently working in the National HEE Workforce Transformation Team leading on work on Elective Care Recovery agenda which includes the Building Outstanding Theatre Teams programme. 

These experiences have given me a rich range of experiences which I can call upon in my work in Elective Care Recovery.
