Maureen better known as Mo started her life as a civil servant when she was made redundant and went in to her local job centre to sign on and rather than signing her on they gave her a job,
Since then Mo has spent the majority of her time in DWP working on large scale, complex programs for example:
Project Manager and commercial lead overseeing the setting up of the Pension Protection Fund. Mo delivered the first investment strategy a first for a Government department.
Worked in PADA which later became NEST as the legislative lead and Product Owner supporting the first fully digital government service.
Commercial lead for Universal credit instigating new agile ways of working and transforming how we delivered commercial solutions
DWP Digital – Lead for resourcing and building capability – worked with GDS to develop digital professions for use across government.
Mo moved to HMCTS In October 2017 where she is working on the HMCTS reform program delivering support services to the projects leading on the 2nd biggest transformation program across government.
