Niall has 15 years of experience working with leading technologies to improve customer experiences, across public and private sectors. This includes over a decade of working with Local Government organisations that seek to transform their digital service delivery to improve the lives of their residents, stakeholders, and employees. Niall is currently a Solutions Consultant with PlotBox, the leading platform for Cemetery and Crematorium Management. The mission – is to take away some of the pain experienced in dealing with death, for families and those who serve them.
