Sam is Head of Smart Cities at the Environmental Industries Commission (EIC) – a trade association representing the environmental technologies and services sector. EIC’s Sustainable Smart Cities programme aims to better understand the potential for smart and data-led technologies to meet environmental and sustainability challenges, whilst acting as a neutral broker between the broad range of stakeholders necessary for the market to function.
