I am the Governance, Risk and Compliance Lead at X-Lab Ltd. Some of my key responsibilities include:

• Managing our Organisational risk management approach.
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR, HIPAA amongst others.

I have implemented a Risk Management framework at X-Lab that embeds Clinical Risk Management which I am really proud of.

I am passionate about ensuring patient safety is the number one priority and always strive for the best in this space.

Outside of work, I play football and love cooking. Currently I am undertaking making a national dish of each country per week.
