Vicky has over 20 years of primary classroom experience, most recently working as a year 3 teacher, as well as both phonics and teaching and learning lead in a large multi-academy trust. She now uses this expertise in a consultant role, supporting teachers and leaders to develop rigorous assessment and reading strategies with Renaissance’s award winning solutions.
