Working extensively with a variety of businesses and stakeholders. For example, NHS, Local Authority, DWP, Charities, Universities, Colleges and the Armed Forces across Cheshire and Merseyside. Victoria’s systems ensure that the NHS workforce represents its local communities and that local networks are fully utilised.
Therefore, having identified some of the key challenges that underrepresented talent pools face when applying for roles in the NHS. Victoria has developed and introduced innovative pre-employment programmes across the region, to diversify the workforce. This is to provide an alternative approach to the traditional recruitment pathway.
