With over 17 years of experience across clinical practice, academia, and government, she has played a key role in shaping the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan, the Future Doctor Programme, and the Topol Review. A published researcher and experienced clinical advisor, Dr Matin is committed to building a more equitable, patient-centred, and future-ready healthcare system.
