The Virtual NHS Urgent Care Conference: Safer, Faster and Better Care for Patients

The Virtual NHS Urgent Care Conference: Safer, Faster and Better Care for Patients

2020 was undoubtedly the most challenging year that the NHS has faced since its formation, both primary and secondary care providers had to scramble to implement virtual consulting and treatment platforms, full hospitals wings were converted to ICUs within days and whole conference centres were converted into huge temporary hospitals to help cope with the Covid0-19 pandemic.

This timely, Virtual NHS Urgent Care conference will provide delegates with an overview of the amazing work done by so many in last year’s pandemic.

As technology and the needs of the population change, the UEC system must also change to ensure a service fit for the future. Improvement initiatives are being implemented across the NHS to reduce pressure and simplify urgent and emergency services, resulting in better outcomes of care and experience for staff and patients. NHS England

February’s event will provide delegates with a high-value virtual event experience, we will be focused on some key areas of discussion for Virtual NHS Urgent Care:

  • Urgent and Emergency care vanguard
  • Urgent treatment centres
  • Patient flow
  • Data sharing

Within the agenda, we will also be showcasing the latest in best practices via our innovation and best practice sessions throughout the day.
