AXREM is proud to announce the successful conclusion of our 2025 Charity of the Year partnership with Action for Children, having collectively raised an incredible £10,000 to support vulnerable children and families across the UK.
This achievement is a testament to the generosity, creativity, and commitment of our members. A special thank you goes to everyone who took part in the Million Steps Challenge, a brilliant initiative that brought our community together in support of a vital cause.
We would also like to recognise the outstanding efforts of individuals who went above and beyond in their personal fundraising challenges:
- Daniel Snape from Convenzis
- Jack Bond from EIZO
- Evie Eccles from Blackford
- Adian Pearce from Ellew
Your dedication and energy have made a real difference, and we are incredibly grateful.
Our chosen charity, Action for Children, works tirelessly to ensure every child has a safe and happy childhood. From providing mental health support and family aid to fostering services and youth advocacy, their work transforms lives every day. We are honoured to have supported their mission this year.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Action for Children team for their partnership, encouragement, and unwavering support throughout 2025. It has been a privilege to collaborate with such a passionate and impactful organisation.
“I’m incredibly proud of the AXREM community for coming together to support Action for Children this year. Raising £10,000 is a phenomenal achievement, and it reflects the compassion, energy, and generosity of our members. From collective challenges to personal fundraising feats, this campaign has shown what’s possible when industry unites for a cause that truly matters. Thank you to everyone who took part and to Action for Children for the vital work they do every day.” Huw Shurmer, AXREM Chair
AXREM Chief Executive Officer, Sally Edgington said “It’s been a joy to bring my personal passion for fundraising into the AXREM community this last two years. Seeing our members unite behind Action for Children with creativity, commitment, and compassion has been truly inspiring. This campaign wasn’t just about raising money; it was about raising awareness, building connections, and showing what our sector can achieve when we come together for a cause. I’m so proud of everyone who took part and grateful to Action for Children for their incredible support throughout 2025”.
As we close this chapter, we carry forward the spirit of compassion and collective action that defined this year’s campaign. Thank you to all who made it possible.
