The HealthTracker™ platform is a web-based health monitoring system (www.healthtracker.co.uk) that was co-developed by Professor Paramala Santosh and Professor Paul Gringras within the NHS (Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Trust). This was spun out as HealthTracker Ltd, an SME, in 2012, with the NHS receiving royalties and part-owning the company. HealthTracker Ltd specializes in the development and implementation of scalable secure online cloud-based solutions for health monitoring. The platform contains multi-media questionnaires – patient-centered outcome measures (PCOMs) of symptoms, side-effects, quality of life, family burden, illness, and patient experience, reported by patients, parents, teachers and clinicians, and allows clinicians to view data for treatment decision making.

The HealthTracker™ platform has been used within the NHS and in multiple national and international research projects – it can provide web-based automated triaging for patients being referred to child and adolescent mental health services, help in patient risk stratification, assist in providing metrics used for commissioning, and can be used in clinical trials, research, and quality improvement programmes.

The HealthTracker™ platform has been used in Sheffield Children’s Hospital, the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust, and in multiple research projects including EU FP7 funded projects, such as the STOP: Suicidality-Treatment-Occurring-in-Paediatrics http://www.stop-study.com/ (Santosh, 2014); the Managing-the-Link-and-Strengthening-Transition-from-Child-to-Adult-Mental-Health-Care (MILESTONE) project (www.milestone-transitionstudy.eu) (Toumenain et al, 2017); the Paediatric-UK-Demyelinating-Disease-Longitudinal-Study (PUDDLS); the NIHR-CLAHRC-SY initiative (http://clahrc-sy.nihr.ac.uk/); and in an NIHR PGfAR programme, Investigating-Autism-Mental-Health (IAMHealth) (Santosh et al, 2017). The STOP project with the HealthTrackerTM monitoring system has been recognized as an example of good practice by NICE.

Convenzis Healthcare Event testimonials

What our clients say about us

It was great to join the Convenzis team again for the patient flow event. As always, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. The quality of attendees is always of a high standard and relevant to the patient flow and to us also. We continue to have great discussions and footfall around our stand with no need to try and encourage people to come and see us. Really positive event for us and we look forward to working with Convenzis in the future.

My colleague and I presented at the NHS workforce conference 2023, 19 September. The support and guidance we received from the Convenzis team in the run up to our presentation slot was great, well timed and perfectly pitched. The event itself, again was expertly organised. The conference was well Chaired by Sean, who was very engaging. As an audience member as well as a panel member, I would definitely work with the Convenzis team again.

NHS BSA -

Covenzis delivered an excellent meeting like always - a hubbub of activity focused on future developments within NHS pathology laboratories

I worked with Convenzis, primarily Dan, for the first time this year, putting together a bespoke online event for IBM. He has always been so responsive and accommodating. The team always remained professional and helpful – despite the many demands from our side! They were very keen for us to maximise on the investment and revisit those attendees who had not committed to follow ups.
It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Convenzis and I know there will be more opportunities next year. Looking forward to it!
