In January 2022 Tech in Care was successful in securing funding from the UKRI Healthy Ageing Challenge. This funding has been deployed in two key areas:

Extending the functionality of our Discharge to Assess platform to include the 4 pathways of Intermediate Care.

Solving interoperability for any customers of Pathways to Care.

Our vision is to support efficiencies and transparency through an effective digital approach in managing the journey of those using Health and Social Care services. To deliver a single version of the truth between multiple organisations and teams that ensure system user satisfaction, outcomes are maximised and promotion of improved patient experience.

I worked with Convenzis, primarily Dan, for the first time this year, putting together a bespoke online event for IBM. He has always been so responsive and accommodating. The team always remained professional and helpful – despite the many demands from our side! They were very keen for us to maximise on the investment and revisit those attendees who had not committed to follow ups.
It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Convenzis and I know there will be more opportunities next year. Looking forward to it!
