PFE Medical is a family-run UK medical device company specialising in endoscopy, decontamination and infection prevention. Founded in 2004 by Rob Hartley and a dedicated team of endoscopy specialists, PFE Medical has grown from a team of four into an established organisation with more than 20 years of industry experience and its own engineering and validation expertise.

Innovation has been central to the company’s development from the beginning. PFE Medical introduced UV-C disinfection technology for ultrasound probes to the UK and continues to develop solutions that improve the safety, consistency and efficiency of endoscope reprocessing. These include the Khamsin, the world’s first automated endoscope cleaning system, independently validated for effective cleaning and biofilm removal, and the Scirocco, an advanced drying and storage system designed to deliver rapid, effective drying and controlled storage of flexible endoscopes.

Alongside its equipment portfolio, PFE Medical supplies a comprehensive range of endoscopy and decontamination products, supported by installation, servicing, validation, training and ongoing technical expertise.
