Aasha Cowey

Aasha has worked in the NHS since 2008, starting her career as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher and currently working on the Digital Readiness programme which is where digital, data and technology crossover with the workforce. She is an alumni of the national graduate management training scheme and is passionate about the people, workforce and culture side of digital.
Aasha is a proud parent and co-founder of @FlexNHS, a support and resource network to promote and enable flexible working in the NHS. Aasha is also a member of the national CIO advisory panel and the South East Regional Talent Board.
