With over 30 years’ experience across operational leadership, transformation, and service redesign in UK healthcare, Alison specialises in translating strategic priorities into practical, scalable digital change. She leads ORCHA’s UK new business activity and oversees client relationships, supporting organisations to embed ORCHA platforms into everyday service delivery at scale.
Previously, Alison has led complex transformation programmes at both national and system level, partnering with executive and operational teams to align clinical, operational, and digital objectives. A qualified Lean practitioner, she brings deep expertise in clinical service review, delivering measurable improvements in quality, productivity, and patient outcomes.
