Amy joined Texthelp in 2018 to expand the reach of their assistive technologies across the UK and Ireland. Amy specialises in helping public sector organisations (specifically healthcare professionals) to support workforce diversity and inclusion strategies, increase staff productivity and customer engagement.

She does this by creating inclusive working environments where everyone – including those with neurodiversities – can achieve their personal and professional goals.
