Andrew is one of our 7 Regional Delivery Directors covering the North East & Yorkshire Region. He manages a team of Strategic Estates Leads working across the 4 Integrated Care Systems in the NEY region covering all aspects of NHS healthcare:- Acute Providers, Mental Health & Community, ICS systems, Primary Care and the NHS property companies.

Andrew has a national role as Senior Responsible Officer for the Capital Upgrades (former STP waves) programme reporting into the joint DHSC /NHSE Capital Delivery Oversight Group. He also chairs the Northern Reinforced Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (RAAC) Planning Board and the NHSE Estates Town & Country Planning Working Group.

Areas of expertise include capital and contracts, commercial negotiations, PFI & public / private partnerships, Town & Country planning, Estates strategic planning and RAAC.

He has worked in the NHS for 8 years, prior to which he served over 21 years in Local Government.
