Andrew Griffiths

Andrew is the CEO of the Federation for Informatics Professionals in health and care (FEDIP).

FEDIP was established by the professional bodies, with the dual-core purposes of encompassing the 2 functions of Voluntary registration/regulation and Developing the Health and Care Informatics profession. 

​Andrew’s previous career has primarily involved working for the NHS in Wales, being a CIO for over ten years, helping to establish a national organisation to develop and implement the Informing health care strategy, before later leading development of a new organisation (NWIS) which brought together the strategy, implementation and delivery IT organisations in NHS Wales.
