Currently working as a Transformation Manager in a Primary Care service within and NHS Trust.

Experience of developing and delivering integrated neighbourhoods programmes in a number of different populations including large Semi-Rural and Coastal Counties and Urban / City settings.

Experienced in working with a range of inclusion groups including Homeless, Refugee and Asylum Seekers, LGBT+, Sex Worker and Communities that speak English as a Second Language.

Passionate about reducing inequalities, supporting co-production and engaging partnerships across statutory, voluntary and community organisations.
