Andrew has led the NHS England NHS Improvement Outpatient Transformation Programme since its inception in the summer of 2019, bringing together colleagues to support frontline colleagues deliver outpatient care that is fit for the modern world. Prior to his role in the Outpatient Transformation Programme, Andrew worked across a range of national NHS projects as well as experience in the private sector.
