Director of Strategy

Anna is a management consultant by background having trained at iMPOWER Consulting and KPMG and has held a variety of NHS leadership roles over the last 15 years. She is Director of Strategy at Essex University Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT), a large provider of community and mental health services operating across three integrated care systems in the East of England region. Previously she held the role of Integrated Care Programme Director at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, where her work focused on testing new models of person-centred care in partnership with social care, primary care, community and voluntary services. She is also a Trustee of the North London Hospice and proud mother of three children.
In her current role, Anna is Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) for Research and Innovation across EPUT, working on building a culture of curiosity and embracing "successful failure" for all staff, in partnership with people that use our services. She is also SRO for EPUT's Social Impact (Anchor) Strategy, delivered through grant funded programmes operated by Enable East and leads the annual operational planning process as well as the development and oversight of a streamlined suite of corporate strategies that support the delivery of our five-year strategic plan.
