Associate Professor Rachel Johnson

Rachel Johnson is an Associate Professor of Primary Care at the University of Bristol and a GP in Bristol. She completed her medical degree at the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford. Her PhD, focussing on shared decision making with patients with cardiovascular conditions, was completed in 2019.  Her research focuses on cardiovascular conditions, multiple long-term conditions and person-centred care.  She is a co-lead of the Models of Care Workstream for the Cross NIHR collaborative for Multiple Long Term Conditions.
