Ben has been part of the Digital Operations team at HBSUK for over four years, helping lead the mobilisation and delivery of digital outpatient services across the NHS.
He has successfully managed numerous multi-specialty implementations, including our project at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust that helped reduce outpatient dermatology waiting lists.
