With extensive experience across diverse clinical areas, I’ve worked in outpatients since 2016. I’m passionate about delivering quality patient experience while developing staff to reach their potential. I’m keen to see new business practices and new technology used to deliver that and I’m used to balancing the need for efficiency against service quality. I’m part of Imperial’s Outpatient Transformation Programme team, which has delivered tangible benefits for patients, staff and the Trust, with plenty more to come!
