Brian Mangan

Brian has a wealth of experience within Healthcare Procurement at both an operational and strategic level. He is passionate about the role procurement has to offer in meeting the global challenges of delivering better outcomes set against diminishing financial resources. In his current assignment as Value Based Procurement Project Lead for Supply Chain Co-ordination Ltd, he is actively leading, promoting and supporting the development of VBP; with the vision of facilitating a paradigm shift from traditional adversarial buyer supplier relationships, to a position where healthcare and industry operate in an environment based on trust, aligned objectives, mutual benefits and success.
