Brian Wells

Co-Founder and Partner, Brian Wells has a clinical background, having worked previously in the NHS as a Nurse specialising in Theatres and Anaesthetics. Having had a long clinical career in the Army, Brian latterly joined the NHS before moving into senior management posts within the healthcare regulator and NHS.

Brian co-founded Four Eyes Insight in 2014 and has provided senior level productivity improvement input and support to many challenged trusts across the NHS. Along with professional qualifications, Brian has a BSc (Hons) degree in Health Studies and the Executive MBA

Brian is a massive David Attenborough fan, loves all things wildlife and is passionate about sailing.
