Catherine is co-founder of Praxis and a Senior Leadership Partner. With over 25 years in the NHS, she has led operational teams, large-scale transformation programmes, and patient flow improvements across complex healthcare systems.

She focuses on the moments everyone sees but no one addresses the stuck conversations, hidden blockers, and unspoken tensions. Catherine works with senior leaders to step in, speak up, and move work forward, even when authority alone isn’t enough.

At Praxis, she believes better conversations create better outcomes and that leadership is action, not just title.
