Chris Caley

Chris works within the Cyber Security team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH), supporting cyber resilience, risk management, assurance, governance, and security awareness across one of the UK's largest teaching hospital trusts.

With more than 35 years' experience in the NHS across Health Authorities, Primary Care, Acute Trusts, Shared Services and corporate services, he brings extensive experience in healthcare technology and cyber security. Since moving into dedicated cyber security roles in 2018, he has specialised in cyber risk management, compliance, supplier assurance, incident response, and security awareness.

He is an active contributor to regional and national NHS cyber security communities, including NHS England's Cyber Associates Network, and was a Highly Commended finalist in the Contributor of the Year category at the 2025 NHS England Cyber Associates Network Awards.
