Chris Ley

As Network Director for the Poplar & Limehouse Health Network PCN and the Healthy Island Partnership PCN, Chris works alongside GPs, stakeholders and community partners with in the health system of Tower Hamlets, developing and delivering neighbourhood-based change with and for the residents of Tower Hamlets.

Building on this collaborative approach, Chris currently serves as a Trustee of the Tower Hamlets Council for Voluntary Service and is part of the newly formed Tower Hamlets Integrated Neighbourhood Steering Group.
Before moving into health, Chris was Director of Economic Regeneration at Poplar HARCA, leading a wide-ranging portfolio that included youth services, training and employment, housing services and neighbourhood management.

Chris chaired the National Association of Neighbourhood Management for 12 years, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to place-based change, and has in the past been a trustee of the Tower Hamlets GP Care Group and the Bromley by Bow Centre.
