It was great to join the Convenzis team again for the patient flow event. As always, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. The quality of attendees is always of a high standard and relevant to the patient flow and to us also. We continue to have great discussions and footfall around our stand with no need to try and encourage people to come and see us. Really positive event for us and we look forward to working with Convenzis in the future.
Chris Morrow-Frost
National Clinical Advisor to Secondary Care

Chris is one of the few nurses in a UEC National Clinical Advisor role at NHS England. He spent the first decade of his career as an Emergency nurse working across England and Wales. But, later, moved into other eclectic roles including nurse management, education, site management, operations and service management, general and senior management, transformation and improvement roles. Most recently he has worked as an emergency care improvement manager in the South West and South East regions before becoming the Head of UEC Improvement & Transformation and then the Head of Urgent and Emergency Care in the Midlands region.
He has been working in his current National role since May 2022 which involves providing advice and influence on UEC hospital services and the wider system UEC pathway. He has a Masters in health leadership and specialised in leadership on the UEC pathway. He recently finished serving 8 years at the NMC as Chair of Conduct and Competence Committee Hearings. Chris is passionate about urgent and emergency care, effective leadership and improvement. But his greatest focus is ‘the patient’.
