Christina has worked in NHS workforce development since joining the Workforce Development Confederation at its conception in 2002. The work moved into Strategic Health Authorities and then Health Education England (HEE). Christina is currently the HEE South West workforce transformation lead for advanced practice, maternity, learning disabilities & autism, and healthcare science.
