Since 2019, I’ve focused on NHS endoscopy performance across Cheshire & Merseyside, later expanding into Greater Manchester and Lancashire & South Cumbria to drive regional collaboration and performance improvements.

Now working on scaling diagnostics oversight to give a national approach to productivity and monitoring and developing a Diagnostic Hub for cross-department performance at scale based on the successes within Endoscopy.
