Nurse with 40 years NHS experience who has worked in Digital Transformation programmes since 2013.  Implemented Epic, System C and Cerner EPRs.   Been working as a CNIO for the last 7 years. Passionate about transforming and improving clinical care through digital innovations.  

My mantra is ‘make it easy for staff to do the right thing’ – ensuring good usability and intuitive workflows reducing negative workarounds.   I have enjoyed learning how to do system configuration and understanding build and functionality to better assist with planning effective and usable digital workflows.  Reducing the documentation burden for clinicians.
