An experienced and driven senior leader in the successful design, build and oversight of complex end to end product and services for global customers and users. Strong track record across a number of government domains delivering on digital transformation, service delivery and operations/commercials, including Brexit, trade, renewable energy, elections, COVID-19 response and latterly primary care. Bringing a pragmatic and outcome based approach to complex problems, drawing upon excellent communication skills and an ability to lead large teams under considerable pressure. Highly motivated with a strong commercial background and proven ability to move at pace whilst being able to clearly articulate and establish product and service strategies (drawing upon, UR, data and emerging technologies). Most recently I am responsible for ensuring General Practice and Primary care has the right technology to meet the needs of the NHS, its patients and staff.
