Danielle is a Health Records Manager in the NHS, leading a health records service across paper and digital records and EPR systems. Working at the intersection of people, processes, and digital transformation, she contributes to EPR-enabled change, including the transition from legacy paper records to digital systems, and has worked across multiple corporate teams. Strong interests include innovation, service improvement, and improving data quality, alongside a core passion for collaboration and bringing people on the journey.
