David has managed large Acute Hospital IT Services in Manchester and South Yorkshire as well as Community IT services in Rotherham. He led the Sheffield Hallam University Informatics service for several years. In the commercial space, as Software Development Director for a multi-national software house, David led a team of 20 developers in three countries on several Fortune 500 accounts.
