David Hancock

David is the techUK representative on the INTEROPen Board and has served since 2018. He has been a Director of the board since 2020. David has worked in Healthcare IT for over 20 years, gaining experience from around the world and specialising in digital transformation, including EPRs, Shared Care Records, Healthcare Technology, and AI. He sits on Boards that govern the development of interoperability standards in the UK. Additionally, he is a member of the NHS England Technology Think Tank. He is dedicated to improving healthcare for all, believing it is a right, not a privilege.
