David McNally

I have been national Head of Experience of Care with NHS England and NHS Improvement since 2013, leading a brilliant Team to support NHS staff and people with lived experience to coproduce improvements in experience of care and support for unpaid carers. I have worked previously at Regional and Local level in the NHS, in Adult Social Care and in the voluntary sector. I find working with people with lived experience and with colleagues who are passionate about working in genuine partnership with people and communities particularly rewarding.
