David O’Callaghan

David is responsible for delivering Arden & GEM’s data and systems services – including DSCRO – for local, regional and national clients. Since joining the NHS in 2005, David has utilised his skills to create, deliver and maintain agile and robust data systems. A nationally recognised expert in data governance, dataflows and data management, David utilises this expertise and his wider business intelligence experience to ensure consistently high levels of service delivery.

Under David’s Leadership the data and systems team won the prestigious Patient Data category at the Health Business Awards 2020 for their work on Covid-19.
